Jo Malone London
The Project
The brief was to reimagine the JML digital space, embody the Jo Malone London aesthetic - luxurious, intuitive, and brand-led - while ensuring it met both functional and commercial objectives. This required a deep understanding of the overall site experience, user flows, and business goals. I worked to push creative boundaries, adapting the design to reflect the unique needs of a luxury fragrance brand. The process involved close collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, rounds of feedback, and iterative design development. The result was the most significant update to the site since its 2020 redesign - enhancing the site's authority within the digital fragrance industry and driving increased conversions, improved customer satisfaction, and strengthened brand credibility.
