The Project
The objective was to design an engaging solution for data acquisition while maintaining the spirit with the award-winning JML x Paddington collaboration. The result was a thoughtfully crafted e-postcard flow that combined both simplicity and delight. Users were guided through a seamless, multi-step experience: choosing from a selection of postcard designs, writing a personalised message, selecting a stamp, and then sending the postcard to a friend via a shareable link. This intuitive flow not only captured the spirit of Paddington’s kindness but also created an interactive, fun experience that resonated with both stakeholders and consumers alike.
