The creation of Jo Malone London’s comprehensive digital design system has been, and continues to be, an evolving process. Covering the website, digital assets, and email communications, I am responsible for developing foundational elements, styles, and components, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints. The design system, built within Figma, is shared with digital designers, agencies, engineers, and e-partners as a comprehensive library of reusable assets and guidelines. This initiative has played a crucial role in maintaining the brand’s design quality standards while enhancing efficiency and collaboration across teams and projects.
